Tried a new #veganrecipe last night for Portobello Lentil Shepard’s pie and oh my goodness it was delicious!! One bite brought me back to my childhood and my Meméré’s cooking! Amazing how that worked. The recipe is on the Carrots & Flowers website - a new site I’m loving and will be trying more recipes from!! I’ll add the link to my bio.

This guy, my husband Jimi, did a thing....a BIG thing! He wrote a book. It’s free to download for anyone interested. I’ll put the link in my bio. I’m so proud of him! It started as a project of stories for our daughters and grandsons and evolved into so much more - if you know him, he always gives 100% to whatever he does! I think there’s something for everyone in this book! I encourage everyone to do this for their family - what a special treat!
